DON’T LET YOUR FACE MASK HIDE YOUR SMILE CAMPAING
As the 2020 holiday season approaches and the fight against COVID-19 continues, for the families facing a profound sense of financial lost, its very hard to stay positive and festive. items.
So, we decided to launch the “Don’t let your face mask hide your smile” campaign to give food bags, filled with typical Panamanian Christmas meal items.
In one action we were able to reach 10 families and put a smile back on over 45 different people including children and adults.
HELPING FAMILIES FACING THE COVID-19 CRISIS
The announcement of the COVID-19 as a contemporary world pandemic situation placed most countries under extended periods of quarantine. Panama is no exception. A great number of families are struggling to maintain a steady income and obtain the most essential household items.
In that spirit WACO donated bags containing a selection of food and hygiene products giving families the support and hope they need to continue to follow the government instruction to stay at home and remain healthy.
