WE BELIEVE
CONSULTANTS / ADVISORS MUST:
- Put the client needs / requirements at the highest priority
- Provide a clear financial fee structure that is easily understandable
- Avoid having hidden costs that only become clear once work has started and the client is committed
- Be 100% transparent regarding supplier relationships
- Disclosing any financial or other rewards provided by suppliers or any 3rd parties
- Disclosing any conflict of interest (financial reward, sales commission, etc.)
- Providing honest, truthful and accurate information to the best of our knowledge & abilities
CONSULTANTS / ADVISORS CANNOT:
- Propose engagement in open ended contacts
- Prevent clients from moving to another service provider by withholding information the client paid for or providing incomplete information
- Be paid for consulting / advisory services by a client and receive a sales commission from a supplier related to client acquisitions that were recommended by the consultant. Direct conflict of interest
- Obtain a commission, financial or other benefit from suppliers or 3rd parties, unless any potential conflict of interest is disclosed to the client as early as possible
- Accept bribes, kickbacks or other unethical payments from contractors, suppliers, service providers, etc. to encourage a sales / transaction
- Offer products or services without the ability to deliver these in line with expectations
