How Does WACO Make
Technology Affordable For You?

The need to adapt and serve the fast-growing demand for e-commerce in Latin America requires businesses with warehouse and Distribution Centers to have a solid long term logistic plan. At WACO we create scalable solutions that can be implemented in multiple phases, allowing for a lower initial capital investments that can be spread across these phase.

The benefit is that the overall investment is broken into multiple phases and therefore creates a favorable Return on Investment period.

  • › Over-designing the solution (can result in delay or prevention of ROI)
  • › Under-designing the solution (expansion is needed sooner than expected, therefore preventing a ROI)
  • › Investments not having the desired or expected impact
  • › Investment costs spiraling out of control after the project implementation has started
  • › Highly transparent Design and Implementation schedules
  • › Cost estimation to allow for Financial and Cash Flow planning
  • › Creation of scalable expansion plans, allowing for a clear expansion strategy
